Garage Conversion
Very pleased with DCH, they completed a conversion of the garage into a new office room and utility within a seven week window working around my bookings for the house and within the quoted budget. The quality of the work is a high standard and I was kept up to date regularly with the progress and decision making. David had an immediate grasp of the requirements and was able to advise on materials and sourced the window, doors and fittings. Happy to recommend and provide a reference.

I think this rating is all wrong and will be reporting it to rated people. you had a budget under a £1000 listed and estimated what you would like to spend was approx £500 -£600, I quoted you and advised at the time that our price was more than you were looking at spending, our price was £800, for your money and what you want are two different things. The day I arranged to meet it was raining and was in the middle of doing a roof, I spoke to you that day and came a few days later. I paid £18 for this lead

Fantastic service for a very reasonable price. David viewed the property on Thursday, gave me a quote on Friday and then started work straight away on the Monday. I would recieve a phone call 3 times a week explaining to me what work had been done and what they still needed to do, which was extremely reassuring because I don't live at the property during the week. I would recommend to anyone who needs work done to a high standard, at a good price and in good time!
