II made a significant mistake going with ION. To the extent I have had to get another security installer in to remove his poor work and reinstall a new systsem The customer service is poor, with ION not responding to any form of communication! The original scope of the work was never completed and was left in poor state I would avoid using him at all costs! Else you will end up having to pay double for someone to do the job properly!

I was very pleased with the process of finding Jared through Rated People. Jared came along to assess the job and provided (as requested) a number of quote options. Having agreed the final specification, Jared did the work in two stages. The work work was done professionally, and everything was completed as we had agreed both for quality and scheduling. Price for the final work was as per budget (no unexpected extras). Jared is a thorough professional and I would recommend his work.
