Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
This building firm have been fantastic from the day they gave the quote to doing the work to an excellent standard. Iva kept me updated throughout the work being completed. I didn't have to buy anything. I just went and took pictures of all the items i wanted from B&Q and they went and collected the items and paid for everything at that time. They provided all receipts and told me of any additional costs of stuff that was needed to complete the work. Iva's dad and another worker arrived on time everyday. 5

Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
Recently fitted bathroom separating toilet from bathroom making 1 large room. Tiled .flooring fixture fittings. Stuck to budget arrived and worked when said would gave daily updates. Mess was minimal. Gave advice and even repaired kitchen ceiling for free. Would defo use again and recommend.
Floor Tiling
Reliable, hard working and any job could be done! Iva’s team work to a very high standard and are super reliable. From plumbing, to carpentry, carpet fitting, tiling, bathroom and kitchen installation - they were able to do it all. Would defiantly use their services again and have recommended to others.
Home Maintenance / Repair
These people came to the house to go in detail through the list of things I needed to get done. They went away and sent me a quote item by item. The quality of the work was not good. In many cases they said they couldn't do the job for this or that reason, in other cases they said they would not do this or that because it would be too much time consuming. So they left some things half the way through and other issues not even touched. And claimed a full payment. Shocking!

We are really sorry to hear that you as a client are disappointed by our job nut we think it is right to mention that every story has two sides and we would like to express our point of view as well. We were more than happy to start working with you but at some point, we realized that our common work would not lead to a good result at the end. After commencing the job, we were doing everything as you wanted to be done.

Even when you were not happy with something, we with pleasure were redoing everything again and again but as you know, this redoing of things can't last forever and we decided that it is not worth it to do the same thing over and over again for three days and just be better to focus on the rest of the job. Of course, do not forget that most of the things were done the way you wanter (cleaning the toilet and bathroom tiles with the liquid you gave us as long as cleaning the PVC with liquid of yours).

After these products appeared to not be working, we talked with you and suggested alternative ways of doing it and still, after you did not agree on them, we tried to make it right with other ideas but as it happened, nothing could work not because we are incompetent but because there were other people working there before us and they did not take the right actions on time.

We would also like to note that at the end of our work we gave you discount and did not force you to pay for something that was not done (even if it was done but you just did not like it). We even split the money for the permits which usually is not our responsibility and also we did not have an agreement to do so at the beginning. And still, in the end, you decided to apply another discount by yourself (without talking with us) on things you decided that were not done without talking with us and paid less

Bathroom Installation
After trying 3 different plumbers , who were just a waste of time , we even had someone turn up , quote the job said he’d do it then ignored us never get back to any of our messages . Then we came across these guys who were fantastic, they gave the best price and was extremely quick and very professional. The first day they had their translator with them who was a very nice young lady . we could still communicate during the job without her there as Chris’s English was good enough and he knew his job .
