Ivan was reliable, considerate (an angle grinder was needed and was only used at appropriate times of the day) and completed the job to the level I was expecting. His command of the English language isn't the best but good enough to be able to communicate the details of the job. Thanks for a job well done, Ivan.

Didn't turn up on first day. Second day cancelled the job after agreeing to it.
