Came to give look at the proposed work said I would receive a quote via e mail within the week heard nothing since. Have tried to contact them again no reply certainly would use them again

We sent the customer a quote via e-mail as agreed, nothing was heard back from the customer, we took this as either the quote was not suitable or the customer had decided against the work.
