I am very disappointed with James' work.He knew before he started what needed doing. He seemed to panic about everything. He estimated that the job would take two days (Monday & Tuesday) At 4pm on Tuesday he said that he was going and would be back on SATURDAY!!!!!!!!!! I told him, in no uncertain terms what I thought about that and he stayed until 8pm to finish the job. The job, to install new worktops is far from perfect. The sink is set in at a slight angle and the worktops are not straight. I realise that I should have complained and withheld payment but I was so upset by the end that I couldn't face it. I am elderly, disabled and live alone. Why do tradesmen think that it is OK to take us for a ride?

Very happy with this tradesman, turned up on time, finished the job in the time he said he would and cleared up after it.

James is very flexible. We agreed a delivery date for materials and starting date for the work. Due to my work commitment, James is able to re-schedule the work to suit my time. The work is completed to my satisfaction and he even helped me to re-adjust my displayed cabinet doors, which is not in the original scope of work.
