My name is John McIlroy, I have been doing this work for over 20 years now, I am a Carpenter Multi-Trader by trade.

Worked quickly, gave a reasonable price. However unlike my other rooms I had to sand down the plaster as it was rough and textured
Laminate Flooring
Did not show up as agreed! We agreed a price and completion date but John failed to respond to text messages( one was confirmed as read) , phone calls and voice messages and he did not show up on the agreed date. He seemed very personable when we met him and we trusted him to do what he said. Whilst we recognise things in life can change your plans, a short message/ call would have been far more professional. Feel let down and would not recommend

John responded to my request for someone to fit laminate in my hallway. He seemed very personable and knowledgeable but unfortunately was unable to complete the job due to a personal emergency.

Laminate Flooring
John and Peter were asked for a laminating job for my hallway and living room. A week later, both of them have pretty much refurbished my whole flat because of the amazing work they both do. My toilet needed work badly done to it as it was left in a disastrous state. John took it upon himself to not only correct the work previously done but also change the flooring and giving it a completely different look. You can tell he takes pride in his work because of the quality of work. Good prices and good work!

John and Peter completed the flooring to a good standard. However the paint job done after was done poorly and no attempt was made to retouch the bits that were missed. 2 sets of my flat keys are yet to be returned, cannot get hold of either man. Overall £1000 has been taken from me and the job in the bathroom hasn't been completed or the cylinder that was paid for , replaced. Very difficult to get hold of in terms of being reliable and keeping you informed of how work is progressing.
