Janis arrived as arranged to quote for fitting kitchen flooring. He didn’t measure anything, chatted for a little while, left saying he would send me my quote. That was 3 days ago and I’ve heard nothing!
Home Maintenance / Repair
Janis was late for his initial appointment but did contact me in plenty of time and advised a new ETA. He looked at the issue and advised me of the plan to rectify and the cost. He was flexible working around my availability. He completed the job but I noticed that there was an issue so I contacted him and he came back quickly to rectify and then checked the following day to ensure all the problems had been solved. I am completely satisfied with his work and will definitely use again.
