House Extension
You know how builders start a job and then mysteriously disappear for days on end without warning? And then leave the last few jobs unfinished while they go off and start something else? James doesn't do any of this. At all. He's a builder for the 21st century. He sends pics and updates via social media and sorts out problems when he's not around. He made a very nice job of our extension and I'd highly recommend him. John.
Garden Wall
James came to rebuild a wall in our front garden. He rebuilt what he could with the bricks that we already had but we needed some more. Once we had purchased some more bricks he came back and finished off the wall. James did a really good job, he communicated with us throughout and was tidy. I would highly recommend him.

James Barraclough was brilliant. The job was good quality, we had good chats throughout and he consulted me every stage of the process, often sending photos of his progress on the work. Fantastic communication, he kept to the schedule, cleaned and disposed of the mess afterwards. I highly recommend James. John

Garage Conversion
James and his team were excellent throughout. We had some difficulties with the weather but we discussed and agreed a solution which I was very happy with. The garage is now finished as I had hoped and of a great quality. I'd happily recommend James.
