Excellent carpenter, reliable and a fair price. Would use again
Bespoke Kitchens
A partial kitchen restoration. We needed to keep costs down, so Jon discussed our needs in details, with very sensible cost-saving suggestions. Workmanship was excellent, with attention again to detail and creative solutions to problems left by previous poor quality work and some decay that followed it. He tackled a couple of extra plumbing jobs while here, including one that two previous plumbers wouldn’t touch. Plus, he’s a very nice guy.

Jon is a great professional - he delivers what he promises, works hard, clears up, etc - highly recommend, especially for more challenging jobs
Wooden Doors - External
Jon made a beautiful custom door for our house between our lounge and over-glazed conservatory, complying with building regs code L so that we could finally have our building works signed off. It is a thing of beauty and airtight, and has a slim and elegant frame with high quality glazing, so still lets all the light through. Jon also had time to install a railing for the stairs while he was at our home installing the door. He is pleasant company and very trustworthy. I highly recommend him.
Wooden Staircases
Hard to find a tradesman like this any more, great job done on old rickety staircase. Very well priced, turned up on time , left everything tidy. Definitely recommended, really knows his stuff.
