Jon was both friendly and professional from initial contact to completion of the work, he provided a competitive written quote quickly, arrived on time and his workmanship was excellent, unforeseen issues were dealt with in his stride and my initial view that he was competent and trustworthy was rewarded by an excellent job. I will be using him again in the future for planned work.
