Growing up, we were immersed in the building trade through our father’s work. Tom in particular, would assist our father on weekends, serving as his labourer.
After forging separate career paths in customer care, the NHS, and the plumbing industry we decided to pool our collective skills in customer service management and building industry knowledge.
During this time, Beth also founded an independent cleaning business while still maintaining her full time employment, with a primary focus on changeover cleans.
We identified a niche for a building services company that offers an integrated cleaning service.

As well as helping home owners, we specialise with holiday let management focusing on package bundles of cleaning, maintenance, and health and safety compliance to streamline processes to allow owners more freedom and let go of the day to day.

Brilliant service. Would recommend and I would absolutely use again. Very efficient.

A quote that included £660 for “allowance for drying time” AKA leaving site for 3 days to work on another job and charging for the pleasure! Also added £445 for a “sparkle clean” on completion. I don’t expect Mrs Hinch to come round but cleaning up as you go is the bare minimum?? Lots of emails chasing me to consider the £9k full quote I got. Safe to say I will not be using this company.

We have been doing our followup process-people are busy, we want to help, and people appreciate we care. We have advised a full strip out due to the state of the works that have been undertaken in the bathroom and seen at visit we have provided recommendations based upon a leak and the further damage that has been caused, this includes sealing the room and a complete drying process-we have not completed the works, we clean as we go as standard, but we provide a full a builders clean upon completion.

He did come to visit and give an estimate but I was suspicious about the price quoted — it turned out to be 2 or 3 times over the other estimates — which is why I am giving a low rating

Thanks Richard, aware we didn’t undertake the works. The job has been priced in accordance with our operational costs. We offer a 12 month guarantee and turn up when we say we will. Aware also you had a problem with the plumber you instructed of a cheaper price not completing the job as required and difficulties getting him/her back-it comes to mind we all pay for, for what we get!

Really quick turnaround from posting to getting the job completed. Tidy and worked with a whole lot of chaos going on too. Definitely recommend.
