Very pleased with the whole experience from the visit for an estimate to setting a date and days the work was carried out, because I had a leak was given possible damage repair figures if it required extra materials or work no frighteners but sound advice. Fortunately the weather just held off long enough for the work to be done. Warning their serial tea drinkers but that maintained their energy and skill levels. There were 5 the first day and all could swap and change so keeping the job flowing.

Ross was reliable from the first discussion we had; turned up on time to have a look at the job, accommodated me moving dates and times, gave a full and fair price and reflected some change we had (deeper insulation needed) sensibly - didn’t try and milk the situation. The work was started and finished on time with only the weather getting in the way. I’d recommend Ross completely one of the few ’good guys’.

We had a new flat roof installed by Ross and the team at Jaben. From the minute Ross came over to look at the garage you could tell he was a decent bloke who knew his trade. He was honest about what we needed about wouldn't cut any corners as we'd received offers from other roofers to do half a job. We agreed and price and booked in for about a months time. Ross managed to get everything done in one day, he had a great team who were all polite and left everything spotless. Would definitely recommend
