I would never use theses fly guy again all week they were in my house to do small jobs they wasted time and always made excuses everyday and did not turn up in morning always late afternoon thats if they bothered to turn up at all and to top it all of they tried to rip me of and charge me £850 for materials for my loft which only cost £298 they also wanted £700 for doing the job which was only flooring a loft the lies they told was disgusting Am going to take this further they should not be trading
Flat Pack Furniture Assembly
Absolutely appalling! Arranged for 10.30am as I had work to go to and they texted at 10.22am to say they would be there at 11ish. At 11.30am I texted to ask how long they would be and I was told 5 min. The guy appeared at my door exactly 11.55am. I sent him away as I need to start work at 1pm and knowing it the job wouldn't be finished by then. Not reliable

Well this is total lies and couldn’t be further from the truth. Just unhappy that we refused to do the job. Thanks for the review I’m sure it won’t impart on the rest of our 5 star reviews. All the best with the flat pack jack.
Laminate Flooring
Jack did a super job, was professional and incredibly helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. First class all round!!
Solid Wood Flooring
The main flooring job was done to a reasonable standard although not perfect, there was a bit of unexpected damage when the old flooring was lifted so this added to the cost, the ceramic floor tiling in the shower room was not as good as we expected, and we had to finish it off ourselves after having them back to put right a leak due to forgetting to tighten up connections

We did not go for engineered wood in the end, the guys explained the properties of and benefits of Click vinyl so we went for that, heres hoping !
