-To carry out a Domestic Installation Condition Report of a domestic property with up to 3 bedrooms £129+vat

-Extra bedrooms/garages/outbuildings incur an increment of £15+vat for each extra bedroom/garage.

-Outbuildings/log cabins are not included, please ask for a quote

-To issue an NICEIC certificate upon completion of the electrical test as per this estimate and cleared funds

-Amptech Electrical Services Ltd hold an additional NICEIC certificate as being a Private Rental Sector Scheme Contractor
