A bad experience altogether. We are pensioners and I am disabled. First off we were quoted 1,100 for what we wanted. We then realised part of the job edging the lawn was not included. When we asked for a final quote it was 1,450. Next day het turned up and asked for 1,000 before starting work. We were not told this before. We offered to payfor materials and he refused.

The materials for 4 ton bags bark 2 lots of steps to be made ground leveled and Bush and paint back path and half moon edging did come to nearly a thousand plus 2.loads of rubbish at 120 a lorry you refused as you tried to get free job to pay at the end

The reply is totally untrue. It misses the main point which was asking for 1,000 pounds the morning you were due to begin work which we were not told about before.! Also when you left because we offered to give you enough to get materials you were not polite as you try to say you were.
