James quoted and came the same day to service my Vailiant boiler. Checked all the other gas appliances to produce a gas safety certificate. Friendly and on time, considerate and thorough. Will use again and recommend him to others.

Gas Fire
James made initial contact and left me two voice messages. Once I got hold of him the next morning he asked to see pictures of the gas fire so he could see if he could supply the coals. I sent the pictures and we agreed price for the service via SMS and he said he would contact me the following day. He didn't. A week later I called up and he told me he was tied up with a few jobs and we agreed he would call me at 10am the following day to agree a time. He didn't. Now have to find someone else
