Was unable to attend on day 1 due to an overrunning job. Communication could have been better. Attended the next day though and did a good job with helpful follow up call.

Javon was brilliant, he took his time to identify the problem and then set about resolving the problem. He tidied up after himself. Happy to have him fix another plumbing job next time!

Javon attended and said I did not have a leak, subsequently I asked him for a report which he has not provided, and no longer takes my calls. I asked a new plumber he attended and he found 3 leaks. I am now applying for a refund.

Javon was quick to respond and fitted us in quite soon. He was a bit late in arriving but did a good tidy job and offered tips on some of our other installations.
