Came round and quoted good prices. Now that the work needs to be completed I cannot get hold of him. He has no communication skills. He also did the same with my mother in law. Wasn't even paid for the quotes, so would have thought he would be eager to complete job.

Thank you James you have acted with the up most integrity find a very difficult to find leak on an upstairs toilet in my mom house. My mom having the onset of dementia you took full details off me over the telephone, visiting 3 times, 1st to assess, 2nd to complete job and 3rd the following day to check all was well. You honored your price prior to commencement and keeping me fully informed via telephone. I will definitely use you again and would recommend you to absolutely anybody. Thanks again.

Good work carried out and in a timely manner which was great. My only issue is that I never received a receipt.
