Plumbing Repair & Maintenance
This rating is for someone who said they would come over to discuss the work. He didn’t arrive and I had to text him to say, I take it you will not be coming over? This was at 17.56. He rang back and apologised saying he had completely forgotten so can he come over tomorrow at dinner, around 12. Again no turn up and not even a call to say so Absolute joke. Unprofessional and unreliable

hi Ursula, really sorry about this however I did inform you how busy I was and as discussed, I told you I would let you know if I could come on the Saturday, nothing was actually arranged. it was a clear miss understanding and I think 1* is very harsh review in retrospect.
Radiator
Joe replied quickly to the job and was able to quote and start the job quickly which is what we needed. Originally got Joe to replace 2 radiators, but after another failed, got Joe back to fit 3 more and a mag filter. Joe was quick to respond to questions, pricing was as quoted. Job took a little longer than expected but happy with the quality of the work, and the price paid. Would recommend Joe and will get him back for any future plumbing work I need.

Wooden / Metal / Wire Fences
Nice lad Approachable Poor planing, material more than needed. Messy job/ left garden very messy. Incomplete disposal of the waste. Many excuses. It will take my a few days to make the garden as it was.

Very good job installing a vanity unit, sink and tap. Quick and no issues! Highly recommended - even came out in the evening to get the job done quickly.
