Brick / Block Paving
John Knowles responded quickly to the posting of my job and was polite and confident he could do the work quickly and to a good standard. On this basis we awarded John the work. The work was "completed" and had a few snagging items we were unhappy with. John assured us he would fix all our issues and we paid him in good faith the full amount. It is now 10 months since the work was "completed" and getting John to return is proving to be nigh on impossible. I would not recommend on this basis.

Hi mat we have tried to make severel appointments to fix a small problem due to rain no body at home and you going on holiday we had to cancel them and it it hard to find a good time however I have got the material in stock for you just need a good time I will wait to hear from you john

John I have provided you with several dates (none we during my holidays) and you have failed to turn up for any of them. Please commit to a date by when my drive will be completed so we can all move on.
Stone / Concrete Paving
Don't have the expertise to lay a patio - dreadful job leaving us with lots of inconvenience. Nice enough and did accept the bad job and helped us find someone else to take it up and start again. Would not recommend for patio work.

Hi Fiona in response to your comments as I told you at the time I could not lay paving slabs due to a injury so i got a subcontractor to due it you was not happy with the the work so I suggested to take it up and relay it and I will pay all costs so i got you a contractor to due it cos I am a honest tradesman sorry for the inconvenience but it got done at no extra cost to you thank you for the 3 star rating due to the inconvenience it is generous yours sincerely john

a relatively simple job, done quickly and efficiently with no inconvenience to me. Quoted and agreed same day, work done about a week later due to it being an outside job, and very poor weather I'd definitely use JK contracting again, many thanks
Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
I am very satisfied with the job John did,he was prompt,polite,honest, tidy and completed the task.I would recommend John to others without hesitation and would use him again myself.
