Floor Tiling
James responded quickly and was able to carry out work at short notice which greatly assisted our schedule. His work time estimate was accurate and he turned up reliably and on time, His standard of work was excellent and entirely satisfactory. James was friendly and helpful and he cleaned up well as he worked and on completion. I would readily employ James again, and recommend him to a friend without hesitation.
Wall Tiling
James was very prompt in providing a quotation, unfortunately we didn't use him on this occassion as our budget was somewhat depleted. Thank you anyway James.

Wall Tiling
very nice, helpful. He was able to be flexible on what I needed doing and on the time scale. He has a partner who deals with real wood flooring which looks great. The tiles are flawless (Pardon the pun) and they are too a very high standard, he was also able to advise on what was needed. He went beyond what was required to finish my job as quickly as he could, he also cleared away all of his mess which was greatly appreciated. I would defiantly recommend him and his work and will work with him again.
Floor Tiling
Decided to use James from jflhomeimprovements for 50 sq metres of floor tiles to our kitchen/utility room. James was extremely punctual and very hard working. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone wishing to tile an area. The job was completed on time and to our satisfaction. There were a few hiccups along the way but James stepped up to the mark and made sure they were sorted. I would definitely use James again as he exceeded my expectation and my standards for workmanship are very high.
