This tradesperson agreed a job with a set time and date confirmed 1 day prior, then ghosted me without warning. When queried on the day whilst waiting for their attendance, they informed me they decided not to attend without telling me, simply because I missed one phone call an hour earlier where they left no message. Unprofessional. No communication, nor respect for my time and very frustrating.

Hi I’m really sorry for your frustration I feel it’s a bit unfair to leave a 1 star review your property was an hour from me so I tried to call you before I set off to make sure everything was still ok for 12 but you didn’t answer my call then youtold me both you and your husband was on the way to the property so why couldn’t 1 of you answer the phone or call me back ? Ifyou would of answered my call I would of been there on time where you ignored the call I was unsure if you changed your mind my apologies

I’m actually amazed with the service provided by Liam and his team they were fast and the finished job looks amazing my wall looks better now than when I had it built I will definitely be using JLM for any further work that I have done thank you guys!
