We found Joe totally reliable, extremely professional, very conscientious, he did really good job for us that threw up a few difficulties for him but he remained calm and in control. We would not hesitate to recommend him or his work to anyone.

Initially we did feel that Joe had done a good job of hanging some new doors for us, however, after a very short time (a couple of days) the bathroom door was making a terrible squeaking noise when opening or closing. We have tried to get in touch with him to come back and rectify the problem to no avail, he has not even bothered to answer our email. Very disappointed.

Hello Sheila I've only just noticed this review and I apologise that I didn't notice it sooner. I'm sorry that you weren't able to contact me regarding this issue, if I'd have known that you weren't completely satisfied I'd have come back and rectified the problem. I hope you understand it isn't an issue of ignorance, I just wasn't aware that there was an issue. I hope this helps and you don't think too badly of me and my workmanship. Regards Joe Horsman

Joe did quite a few jobs for us in the end including two sets of large fitted doors upstairs,a wooden floor,new kitchen worktop,sink and cupboard. Was polite and considerate throughout and was excellent at hoovering as well! Pleased overall and would use him again.

We had 2 Oak wood shelves put up, but unfortunately, this was a harder job than first realised as the walls are not straight. Joe must have taken the shelves down numerous times to ensure an exact fit. First class work ! The shelves are excellent, just as we wanted them, Joe was extremely patient with this work and was here all day to get it right, excellent workmanship. Joe, together with his workmate Ben, were first class and very clean with their work and polite. No hesitation in using again.
Bespoke Furniture
Job: construction of a larder, with multiple shelves, frame and door. Joe provided a reliable and quality service. He was prompt in responding and submitting his quote . His workmanship was of a very good quality, particularly when having to deal with less than square walls. he was very thoughtful in working in the house, keeping his work area meticulously clean.
