Bathroom Installation
This chap needs to go back to Plumbing college and then spend a couple of years as an apprentice before going out on his own again. Unprepared for the job (despite being given a photographic brief), no rawlplugs, no waste pipe clips, no toilet waste pipe, no extension lead, no dust pan and brush etc etc. Toilet leaked two days after he 'finished' the job. Couldn't face having him back.

This review was totally unacceptable. Being given photographs and having been briefed for a job by someone who doesnt know what they are doing doesnt help! I had to go to the merchants which happened to be a long drive as you lived in the middle of know where and also brought products that didn't match up with the standard fittings.I feel this review is totally unfair and shows more to your character, i would have been happy to correct anything that was a problem but i wasn't told

Tidy work and arrived on time on day agreed. Flexible where possible. When encountered unforeseen issues, explained the problems and then found solutions to complete the work in a professional manner.
