Unprofessional, time waster. Took several days to finally arrange a time to have a look at my garden. I messaged at appointment time to check if he was on track. No reply. Kept calling him but phone was conveniently switched off all the time. I was stuck at home for an appointment that never happened. He didn’t have the courtesy to inform me in advance. Didn’t bother replying to my message or answering my calls. I left more than 24 hours before writing this review in case there’s an explanation but nothing.
