Radiators moved under the window. They used plastic cables instead of copper pipes and those cables are hanging under the radiators, are placed up on the wall instead of being above the skirting boards. Boiler apparently serviced but they didn't look inside the boiler and they didn't give me the boiler service form, only some printouts from outside mains, saying that that's my boiler service. Absolutely rubbish. I've been taken advan ripped off and now I hve to pay again someone else to put things right.

  Radiators moved under the window, Kien worked on his own, he used plastic cables instead of copper, loads of clips for pipes placed close to electric sockets. Kien an unqualified gas safe, checked gas boiler and mains.Absolutely shocking. I've been taken advantage and ripped off and now I have to pay again someone else to put things right. HSE involved. I wish I could attach pics for this :(((

  I was happy with the rads being under the window but not with the pipes.I wish I could show pic where I said that and pic where you send Kien,a 21years guy to get experience working on his own.There is no evidence of you explaining how would look because it is not true.Instead of you doing the job,you send a 21years old to do gas work and he is not gas safe registered.You put my house, my neighbours and our life in danger.

  You sent to VQ RatedPeople partial message which is misleading.You sent an unqualified person to work on his own and perform gas safe on my boiler and mains without a qualification.You came to my house after a few days and I asked you to put things right,but you chose to leave swearing.I even paid for a boiler service which in fact was a gas safe with some printouts,performed by Kien alone who is not qualified.How can anyone be happy with all these?! Where is your pride and professionalism?

I had 3 jobs and was going to post separately but reading Joe’s CV he could do all three - leaky outdoor boiler pipe, gas hob not working and realigning a gutter. All arranged via text with an approx quote and date arranged for the following week. He and his colleague arrived on time and were quick to complete the work - & the gutter didn’t need realigning so he was VERY honest, good price as quoted and I’d recommend him to anyone.
