Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
Local to me (NorthLondon) and came and did the job (clearing a drainpipe and the climbing plant that was blocking it) within a couple of hours of my posting. They also did an inspection of nearby eaves and roof and pointed out a couple of things that were slowly falling into disrepair. Whilst they offered to fix them, they did not put me under any pressure to have the extra work done as it was non-urgent.

Slate & Tiled Roof
Telephoned and sent estimate within 1 hour kept me up to date with photos explaining the problem agreed a price and John did the work there and then giving me more photos of the finished repair. Will use again in the summer.

John called very promptly with regards to my initial query and came round to inspect the roof the same afternoon. We discussed his findings and he was very honest with regards to whether more extensive works were required as being cost effective. Unfortunately, the works carried over to a second day due to the weather but he arrived the following day at the time he specified.
