came on time took the job in his stride ( unlike a previous who complained from the moment he arrived ) . would be happy to leave John a key if I was away from property .

John contacted me within 15mins of putting up the request. He came by the following morning, quoted and done the job there and then. He tidied up afterwards to a very high standard. Would highly recommend
