John was nothing short of amazing. The job was far from straight forward, and I think most fitters would have arrived, seen it and walked away. Our budget was super tight, so we were re-using carpet, but he understood the problems, had the skills to solve them and has transformed our hall stairs and landing! He was a pleasure to have in the house, has been polite, kind and generous from our first chat to closing the door behind him. Brilliant. If its a carpet fitter you need, don't go anywhere else.
