This tradesman knew that he has a busy schedule. He accepted the job, then texted me to say that he cant do it because is busy with another job now.... No reliability

Unfortunately I could not fit the job into my schedule so I recommended the client to use somebody else. Very simple situation. Completely unjustified and out of order rating.
