I have been in the building trade since i was 16 and in the year of 2000 i became a sole trader in the building business. This gives me over 25 years knowledge in the building game. I specialize more into the stonemason side than the bricklaying side

Slate & Tiled Roof
John capped, rendered and made good the lead work on our chimney, he also replaced badly worn roofing felt along the eaves with the addition of " Felt Support Trays" which help stop the new felt from rotting. His work was of a high standard as he takes pride in doing a good job. John and Bobby always left the job clean and tidy after each shift.
Laminate Flooring
John and his assistant Bob did a great job of fitting a laminate floor to the conservatory, and some general building work on the outside of the house. Very highly recommended and will use for future planned work. So hard to get good reliable tradesmen, a credit to Rated People.

Brick / Block Paving
John has done an excellent job making a garden path and block paving our front garden. He is a very tidy and clean worker and paid particular attention to detail. I would highly recommend John's work and he has a wide range of skills and experience. He is reliable and has finished the job on time. We are Very pleased with the result.
Stone / Concrete Paving
Price quoted for the job advertised very reasonable. Overall excellent job undertaken carnt fault it every where was left clean and tidy however job was not completed in the time initially stated but i understand this was probably out of his control.
Chimney Building / Repair
John did a selection of jobs to try and address the damp in the house. He repaired the chimney, treated walls and rerendered the front of the house. The tenant is really pleased with the work that has been done but will only know over time whether it has solved the problems. I was not able to visit the site at all during the work but John was good at keeping me informed of what was going on.
