Nothing too much trouble. Did two jobs for us; fitted a kitchen and a couple of weeks later hung all new internal doors. Came back. at no extra cost, to adjust the doors after all carpets had been fitted.
Wooden Staircases
won't use again, reliable but job not done properly and rushed!

Our agreement was for me to do the work on a day rate. The work that you wanted me to complete was not achievable in one day. I tried my best to get the work done but there was to much to do. I offered to return the following day but you were not prepared to pay for the extra hours required to finish the work. We agreed before I left that you were happy for your husband to finish the rest of the work and so I am disappointed that you are not happy with the work carried out. May I state that the work that I did do was to a very high standard.

I'm sorry your the one who said you could do the job in one day before you took the job! We agreed that the rest of the work my husband would complete yes becoz I was being nice not knowing all the dangers you'd left for us! your work WAS not to a high standard! Is that why the chrome bars were rattling due to you not fixing the screws in that came with the bars which you just totally ignored and you left some of the screws in even tho the screw heads had come off! AND the handrail wasnt even level that you'd fixed! UNBELIEVABLE!! the work you did was not safe even tho I stated during your 1st visit b4 you took the job that my kids would be staying there and that was important for me! The fact that you weren't able to complete the job dsnt bother me its how you did the work that you did, when I got my usual joiner in he just laughed at your work and said he can't be a proper joiner..I totally agree with him!! your work was very very poor!

Came on time and carried out the work expertly and efficiently. Did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend this company to anyone seeking any joinery work to be undertaken.
