John worked extremely hard to fulfil our brief & also had great vision when considering possibilities. He understood our needs and ensured all snagging was carried out before completion. All builders are currently pushed to the limit with supplies and staffing - John managed this to the best of his ability and was always polite, helpful and friendly.
Velux / Skylight Window
John and his team did a brilliant job of installing two new roof windows for us, as well as replacing two older dormer windows. John was able to source the windows and complete the work all well within budget, and no unexpected costs. All very easy! More than any other I spoke to at quoting stage, John was very helping in advising on the most appropriate approach for our home in terms of size/fit/legal requirements etc that others did not mention to us. Would absolutely recommend!
Home Improvements
Brilliant service. Great client care, very knowledgeable, very considerate, very good communication and a really great bunch of people. It was a tricky project in an old property but it was delivered on time and within budget and we were really pleased with the result. Would use again at the drop of a hat.
Garage Conversion
John and his team did an excellent job and surpassed my expectations of workmanship and quality. They cleaned up all mess made and we're very considerate and trustworthy which is very important for a woman living on her own. Would certainly use again and would highly recommend.
House Extension
All work undertaken by the J.O.M group has been completed to an extremely high standard, within budget and on schedule. I would highly recommend the team of skilled professionals, following the completion of our first floor extension. This has been sympathetically incorporated into the existing house both internally and externally.
