Didn’t fix the issue, charged over £400 and then went quiet. Don’t use them, this is the type of issue/service that I’d hoped to avoid when using this website.

Water Tanks and Immersion Heater
Thanks first to Marie for recognising that a serious situation was brewing. A visit from Andy was arranged and he was exceptionally knowledgeable, conscientious and friendly, and determined not to leave us in a bad situation, which meant no early new years eve finish! Soon after, Andy came back with Paul to properly fit out our loft with a replacement water tank and they've made good the whole setup, now much improved. We're very happy with the work done and will be hiring again!

Highly professional, skilled and competitively priced. Andy and his team know their trade inside out, achieving an astonishing outcome on what was a difficult shower repair and installation in a confined space, the finish was excellent. They were very respectful, ensuring they cleaned up each day and, as a bonus they are thoroughly nice, decent people to have in your home. I would certainly recommend them to others.
