Attended to assess and measure the project. Promised to contact again with estimate of cost. Not heard from him since. No reason given and no apologies made for wasting time.

Email was sent with quotation as requested. No reply from the homeowner. I then followed this up with telephone calls with no answer. However, the homeowner does have our telephone number and no pohonecall has been received on my behalf. Please check junk mail folder just incase.
