Nice chap, quite flexible and did a good job. Pleased with the doors and the finish. Also Reliable, turned up when he said he would.

The work was carried out to a very high standard. My daughter is happy with her new bedroom. Will use their services again.

Overall, very satisfied with this job. I was happy with the initial quote, and the work was carried out to very acceptable standard. I would be happy to use Jim for any further work.

Absolutely awful. No preparation, awful cutting in, asked not to finish the job. Very nice chap but NOT a skilled decorator. No attention to any detail. I would not reccommend JSA for any decorating at all. Zero rating for quality of work.

After 6 Days work and 75% through the work and snagging yet to be processed, I was surprised that tha dissatisfaction was then raised. However after 20+ years in the trade, the old saying 'the customer is always right' still applies.
Internal Painting & Decorating
Job completed on time and at a reasonable rate. Left Jim on his own with a key and was totally trust worthy. I had put up lining paper on 3 walls and Jim had to put the top paper over it so the finish on some walls was not as good as the wall he did completely. Next time I will just leave it to the professional. Would recommend him and use him again.
