Power Showers and Pump
James was fantastic to deal with. Communication was always clear, and he did as he said he would. Our job expanded as he got to the source of the issues; he was transparent in explaining this and the added costs to fix the problem. He's an exceptionally hard worker, committed to doing a good job, and he was also able to arrange a tiler whose work we were happy with. We appreciate that James made himself available after other jobs to complete the work ASAP. We'd be keen to use him for any future jobs.
Water Tanks and Immersion Heater
When I was looking for a plumber, JTAI answered all of my many job questions about the job promptly and clearly. He also made me aware of other things to consider relating to my job that I didn't previously know. I ended up having to use a different plumber only because of timescales. I would definitely call on him again for quotes on future work.

Plumbing Repair & Maintenance
James came and sorted out our really loud pipes. He always kept me updated on when he was gonna be round and was always on time which I really appreciate! He sorted the issue out quickly and left everything clean and tidy :-)
