After our Baxi bermuda boiler failed, just after Christmas. We needed to have a new boiler fitted. James managed to work out how to re-route both the gas and water supply to a completely different part of the house with minimal disruption, as well as install a new hot water cylinder in the airing cupboard. Our new central heating and hot water system is now managed by Nest intelligent WiFi, which allows us to control it from wherever we are, home or away. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
