Stump Grinding
John came out & had a look at the job & we agreed a price. I showed him the access & he said there were no problems with getting a grinder in. On the day, he sent someone else who felled the tree but left the stump. I let him know that the agreement was to grind the stump and he advised that his grinder could not do the job. I paid up because John seemed okay & I thought I could sort it out with him later. At first, it seemed likely, but he has since stopped answering. I wouldn't recommend JTS to anyone,

Crown Reduction
The guys had to reduce a cedar spruce tree to a manageable size and to prevent it getting bigger with the roots,potentially damaging my neighbours and my driveway. They responded immediately to my advert and arrived the same day to discuss and quote me for the job. I was impressed with their knowledge and expertise. They turned up on time. Did a great job and even spruced up the front hedges, tidying up as they went along! Wholeheartedly recommend them. Will use them in future!
