I sent details and photos of the job, received positive response and an idea of the cost back. I asked if a site visit could be arranged and a date was agreed (although after a slight delay as household members had tested positive for covid) but no one arrived. I have received no further communication and I am wondering what to do regarding progressing the work.

James turned up on time to view the work and discussed the best way forward on what was an awkward repair job. He and Gary completed the work on time with no mess and were careful of our property. It is nice to now know that there is a good plumber in the area who can be relied on.

Love my new bathroom, James done a brilliant job on picking the bath, wall panels and flooring.

Really disappointed with the standard of the finish of my Kitchen and bathroom.

Never completed the work agreed, started well, but left most of the job only part done, some note even started, continued promises of when the work would recommence that were never met. Property left without a working kitchen and bathroom for months.
