Do not hire this trader. He began and took full payment (£900) for my tiling job in February 2021 and has not been back to finish it - it's now 18th May. I've contacted him incessantly and initially received promises that he'd be back and that he will call me the next day to give a definite date for completion but have heard nothing. I've also asked for my money back so that I can try to find someone else as this is for a disabled person but absolutely no reply. I'm disgusted.

Jim was very helpful, made contact quickly, came to view the job right away, quoted when he said he would. He kept in touch, arrived at the time agreed and completed the job that day. Very pleased with Jim's work and he cleaned up after finishing. I would use Jim again for tiling work, and recommend him to anyone for a job well done.
