Martin Kingsley arrived half an hour before the agreed time. His manner was very stressful. He refused to listen to anything I tried to tell him. He only wanted to see our structural engineer’s report. He dismissed a wall showing severe damp patches and peeling paint by stating it looked dry to him.

Ms Yozin Smith has had a long running dispute with her neighbour which she continued to speak about when we made it clear time and again that we did not require any further information to provide a tender. Despite our comments she would listen and continued to which we had no choice to leave Our comments have been accepted and we have received a full refund for our time

I repeat -Martin Kingsley’s manner was stressful - I am not surprised he is capable of presenting a scenario bearing no resemblance to reality. His stance appeared suspect to me by his continual insistence to sight the structural engineer’s report and when he stated a wall showing damp patches and peeling paint was dry. When he left, he handed me a card asking me to get in touch.
