Musa was quick to respond to the job request and also was reliable and turned up at all times and has responded to some follow up queries. He made an effort to clean up after himself and brought his own tools, he completed the work in the timescale he promised. He was also very friendly and helpful to us for other jobs we were completing in the house that he was not working on.

After agreeing on a fee and date for the work to begin, they never turned up or bothered to let me know why they were no longer doing the job. I sent a text message and they did not respond either
