Did you know that most lofts can be converted as long as you have 2.3m from ceiling to top of ridge and you no longer require full planning most can be done through permitted development but we recommend that all clients obtain a certificate of lawfulness with there build it’s just better practice of you come to sell your property later on

Tom has built a Canadian Cedar garden room floor me, he was polite, honest on time and did a fabulous job of it for me. I'd highly recommended Tom and will definitely be using him again.
