This tradesman couldn't be bothered to come & look at the job required, so he quoted from some photos! He quoted £700, which I now know is way overpriced, as all the other quotes I got in were around the £250-£300 mark. Needless to say, he is not hired & this is my 2nd negative experience with rated people, so won't use again!

Arrived when arranged, did a good job, original quote increased but seemed reasonable as damage greater than could be seen from photo. Polite and cleared up well, would recommend.
Plaster Skimming
Poor quality uneven walls left the property covered the floor in plaster even asked twice to clean it the floor, and promised me it would be. Even walked plaster all over the drive whilst. Put the price up half way through the job.

Do I have plaster on my walls? Yes. Do I have plaster on my ceilings? Yes. Do I have plaster on my floors? Yes. Do I have plaster on my outside walls? Yes. Did I have to loan out own tools to get the job done? Yes. Did I have to follow them around and mop up puddles? Yes. Do I have a wonderful array of lumps, bumps and gaps on my plastered walls and ceilings? Yes. Have I had to spend hours and hundreds of pounds making good? Yes. Would I hire these guys again? Hell, NO!
