We wouldn't recommend Kent Glazing Ltd. They replaced the front bay window, a side window and a pair of patio doors. We had to demand that the windows be taken out and put back in again as they were not straight. The whole process took 2.5 months. When asked if there would be a discount in light of all this Stelio, the Managing Director, was very aggressive on the phone and upset my wife greatly. After a month of email exchanges whereby Stelio used veiled threats of legal action we agreed a small discount
