Kidd supplied a very competitive quote and also advised us of the governments green deal cashback scheme which enables us to claim back a substantial amount of the boiler costs. All information given was followed up by email links for the boiler and the scheme. The installation was great, graham and andy were on time, very clean, tidy and professional, the new boiler is working well with a 10 year warranty, i would recommend Kidd Heating to anyone and have already done so with work colleagues and pals.

He came out and visited our home and quoted us a price and explained everything that he would do from start to finish. Done the job when he said he would and was very professional. I live in England and rent out a flat in Kilmarnock, the boiler packed up and it was a difficult job because of a certain situation in my flat,i found Graham via rated people and never actually met him but by just communicating via email and phone he got the job done very quickly and for the price/time agreed which was very reasonable as well,never paid anything upfront and paid after the boiler was replaced to satisfaction of my tenant and the letting agency, will use his services again if needed anytime
