Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
1. Things are falling apart. Not even a year and the silicone lining is coming off. I was told material used super mould resistant, but it's already mouldy. The drawer fitted is splitting at the panels. 2.I haven't got an invoice for the job despite full agreed payment.

We are sorry to hear about this issue through a review. There is a minimum of a 10 year guarantee given with the products so this is an easy fix. We have just tried to contact but there was no answer. Could you please contact us to resolve this issue. If we do not know there is an issue we cannot resolve it. We look forward to hearing from you.

I have not got any missed call. How would I know there's a 10 years guarantee? All of you disappeared after the job. I don't even have a receipt after repeated conversation with yourselves if you remember correctly.

I have provided a phone number in the chat. A £8000 job falling apart in less than a year is really poor work. It would be great if fixed by yourselves. At least you are saying 10 years guarantee here on line.

Didnt fix the issue - been very difficult to get hold of to arrange to come back. Didnt turn up when said he would. Wouldnt recommend.
