Kurtis and Tom turned up on time and got straight down to work, both were very friendly and polite. At the end of the job 12.00 am they said they had finished, I trusted Kurtis and transferred the money immediately, after they left I checked the job and it was not to the standard I expected andthey had not cleaned up, left mortar in the neighbours drain blocking it the flat roof which is new is now stained. I also asked for a receipt which I have not received. The firm has potential but must take more care.

I can't begin to say how delighted and happy I am with Kurtis' response to a few snagging issues. I only wish I had take a little more time in jumping to conclusions. Kurtis was quick, speedy and efficient in putting things right and to this end I am absolutely overwhelmed and delighted with his aftercare and service, I will be using him for my next job and recommending both Kurtis and Tom to friends and family. Well done lads!
